Refund policy

Refunds -

ByArwaa does not provide any refunds for orders placed via the website. Once orders are placed they CANNOT be cancelled.

Exchanges - 

Our exchange policy gives you 14 days to exchange an article purchased online with a valid receipt. After the 14th day we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the product is in it's original packaging.

If you do want an exchange please do contact us before through email or instagram to ensure we have what your looking for ! The customer is responsible to pay the shipping fees (£3.99) when we ship the exchanged item to them. The customer can either drop and exchange to our shop address with no cost or we can ship it to them.

Our company maintains a separate shipping fee policy for exchanges to ensure transparency in cost breakdowns, accommodate varying logistical expenses, and adhere to carrier charges. This separation allows us to provide accurate and clear pricing for our customers.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during transit?

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during transit or for parcels that may become lost during shipping. Any such issues should be addressed directly with the respective shipping carrier. Should you require further information or assistance, feel free to reach out to us via email/dm. We strive to support our customers to the best of our ability within the confines of our shipping policies.
